2. Brief Introduction of FX hydrocyclone separator
1. Based on varied flow rates of different materials in water, hydraulic classifying cyclone are mainly used on coal preparation processes to classify coal slurry and coal particles which haven't been flotated. Thickening cyclone clusters are formed by combing several classifying cyclones which share the same feeding and discharging openings. The cyclone clusters are widely applied to thicken and separate minerals and coal slurry by combinations of two or several cyclones.
2. Hydrocyclone shows the features such as low equipment cost, easy assembling and disassembling, convenient maintenance, less area covers and low cost of construction. In addition, there are some other advantages like large capacity of unit volume, treatment, fine separation size, high grading efficiency, the time and quantity of the ore pulp that staying in the cyclone is short and small. Therefore, it¡¯s easy to operate when it stops working.
